Mark joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2011. He joined as a Managing Director responsible for the northern franchise of the mid-markets sector. At the same time, he was responsible for driving the strategy and balance sheet and P&L delivery of mid cap clients with turnover from £100 million to £1 billion.

After a successful time in the north, Mark recently led the London sector business where he worked with mid-market clients in a range of industries, including: telecoms, consumer, healthcare, services, housing and manufacturing. In addition to his core role, Mark has also been the executive responsible for the National Corporate Debt Finance business, and more recently the National Social Housing business.

Before joining Lloyds, Mark worked in corporate banking for Barclays and RBS. At RBS he led the National sector in Services and Industrial, with a principal focus on strategic financing for FTSE 250 clients. Mark has developed extensive knowledge of the corporate banking market. For over 20 years, he has worked with clients across the UK in a variety of sectors, segments and geographies.
