Judith is currently the Engagement & Responsible Business Director for Commercial Banking. She was
appointed into the role in September 2017, and has responsibility for colleague engagement,
recognition, talent development, culture and values, inclusion and diversity, community and charity,
the Helping Britain Prosper plan and shaping and supporting internal communications. She is also
Chief of Staff for the Group Director, Commercial and leads the Group disability team responsible for
shaping the agenda for customers and colleagues with Disability in support of David Oldfield as
Executive Sponsor as well as David’s executive support team. She is also a member of CBMG.
Judith started her career with Lloyds TSB in 2001 on the Group graduate programme and since then
has held roles across a number of businesses and divisions including, International & Offshore
Banking, Asset Finance, SME & Mid Market Banking and Group IT. Immediately prior to joining
Commercial, Judith fulfilled similar roles in Retail & Consumer Finance and Group Operations looking
after colleague engagement and recognition across the Division in support of the Group Director.
Prior to that, with a year out on maternity leave, she was in Commercial Banking leading a Business
Support function with responsibility for the SME business mentoring scheme, the lending Appeals
process, sustainability, executive complaints management and the Responsible Business agenda
including engagement, recognition, community and charity.
