    Commercial Banking Online is the new online service for Commercial Banking clients; it will replace LloydsLink online, Corporate Online and LloydsLink.

    Commercial Banking Online has been designed to be simple to use, intuitive and can be customised. A panel of clients have been involved in shaping both the design and functionality.

    Transaction and value limits can be set up directly on Commercial Banking Online by you without any involvement from us.

    You can manage your users

    As a primary administrator, you can:

    • set-up other users
    • decide what users can view
    • set permissions for other users
    • decide who can approve and what they can approve.

    • we use cutting-edge, multi-layered fraud detection and prevention technology to protect our clients’ information and privacy
    • there will be a dedicated website for you to access to support your move to Commercial Banking Online. The security advice section of this website will provide you with tips on how to protect your business from fraud
    • Commercial Banking Online will provide dual administration and dual payments approval functionality.

    It's intuitive

    Alerts will inform you when you need to approve a payment or complete a task.

    It can be customised

    A choice of four landing pages, each tailored for a specific role:

    1. an audit view for those who are running reports
    2. an accounts and balances page if you need to see the current balance of your accounts
    3. an administration view for those who carry out administrative tasks
    4. a payments screen if you are creating and approving payments.

    Better reports

    You can view one of the multiple payment or administrator’s reports.

    Making and approving payments has improved

    • you can quickly see and approve payments
    • you can create one-off payments or import payments from your back office system
    • you'll be able to see real-time posting of completed transactions
    • payment approval is more flexible: payments can be approved based on payment types, payment limits or accounts
    • there are no cut-off times for inter-account transfers and Faster Payments
    • international and domestic payment types including Bacs, CHAPS and Euro are available
    • your account balances and transactions will be available to see and export in GBP, EUR and USD.

    Profiles have been simplified

    • you will only have one log in for your user and primary administrator roles
    • Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland accounts will be visible with just one log in.

    What happens next?
